Behavior:
As a registered member of KF, you are responsible for your own actions. We do not condone nor do we support any harassment or malicious actions towards any other members whether it's intentional or unintentional. Such actions are prohibited in the Instant Message System, Shout Box, Photo Albums, Dedications, and the Forums. If you are found guilty of conducting such acts, KF staffs will do what is necessary to stop such acts from developing. The outcome of such action will lead to a temporary ban or a permanent ban depending on the consequences of the actions. Your tenure with KF does not exclude you from any of these rules and regulations. Please use good judgments and be respectful to one another.

Language:
You are hereby expected to be courteous and respectful to other members with any languages being used. At no time shall you post any derogatory, vulgar, demeaning, abusive, sexually oriented, profane, or expletive languages directed towards any member of KF. Such languages will not be tolerated in every aspect of KF. If you are found to have been conducting such acts, your privileged as a member will be revoke. The staff of KF has the power to ban any members and will proceed to do what is necessary to resolve this matter.

Submitting Photos:
All photo's and images submitted to KF will be subject to being screen by our Staffs. Photos that are submitted will need to follow the guidelines and regulations. Photos that are obscene, sexually oriented, gang related, inappropriate, and disrespectful in any way will not be approved. Photos that are too big will not be approved as well. If your photos are not approved for any reason, please do not harass our staff. Please use your best judgment before submitting any photos. When making comments in the photo album, members are to follow the Language guidelines. Under no circumstances shall you make negative comments by using vulgar, demeaning, profane, explicit languages, or any comments we deem inappropriate. We will not tolerate any members that willfully or intently make these inappropriate comments. This site was created to unite Khmer people all over the world to communicate and exchange ideas concerning all aspect of life. If you are found trying to undermine the authority of the KF Staffs, you will be BAN immediately. .

Flooding Forums:(Posting subjects and taking all spaces in the forum)
We love to see our members being active in voicing their opinions and participating in the forums. We encourage all members to do so and act responsibly while doing it. Your words reflect who you are as a person and will be held responsible for anything that you post. However, we do not condone any flooding in the forums with irrelevant subjects. Please used good judgment and be courteous to other members before posting a particular subject. We won't allow any members to flood our forums so obey our rules and regulations. We are not here to baby-sit or trying to give any members a hard time. But we are here to make sure that the rules and regulations are being followed. The First Amendment gives you the rights to free speech, but here in Khmerfuture we won't violate your rights if you follow the rules. If it's within the content and won't undermine Khmerfuture rules and regulations, then your opinion and your voice will be respected. If you violate your rights and our rules, then our staff will revoke your right as a member of Khmerfuture.

Spam:
Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate and will be removed promptly. Multiple postings of the same message will also be removed. Continuation of committing such actions will result in a Ban.

Legal & Rights:
Khmerfuture shall not be held liable for any actions whether libel or slander posted by its member. All members will be held liable for their actions accordingly to the law. All messages and private information regarding you shall be held confidentially. Under privacy law, we are not allowed to share any information and your private rights are protected. However, if and when a legal action may arise, we are obligated to follow the conformity of the law.

Banning Rule:
All members are prohibited from harassing, threatening, using profanity, or any expletive languages towards other members. Khmerfuture does not condone nor support such behavior. If you are found guilty of conducting such acts, YOU WILL BE BAN! THIS IS YOUR FIRST AND FINAL WARNING!!!
