If you're referring to the dedication, yes you can edit it. If you're referring to submitting photos no there is no way a member can edit it unless they contact an Admin. Back to tophow do you look at other people profile and send private message? To send a private message and check users profile, just click on the person's username and a pop screen will come up. Or you can click on the Message icon located on the top right corner of your screen and follow the prompt.
